Welcome!

We are seeking awesome candidates!  Send us your resume.  There is no charge to do so.  We will review it and if we feel it is exceptional then it will be made available to employers via their access to our site.  If you have achieved some great things then be sure to list them.  Don't be shy. 

We seek resumes which reflect a minimum of at least two degrees.

We believe you will have a much better chance of an employer seeing your resume on our site versus other resume posting sites.  This is due to the fact that we do not post millions of resumes because we are looking for the best.  If your resume makes you appear exceptional, then it might be selected.

You may not be notified one way or the other if your resume is posted as it is not our intention to be insensitive to anyone.  Feel free to submit your resume once every six months, if you are still unemployed or still looking.

Be aware!  You will not be listed anonymously on our site.  If you have a job now and wish to remain confidential with your search then please do not submit your resume to us.  We cannot guarantee your employer is not one of our clients which might view it.

When submitting your resume, we need the following:

1)Send only as a Word attachment in a .doc format.  If otherwise, we may delete it without review.  If you have a website or webpage then be sure to note the url somewhere on your resume.  Understand that a webpage or website will need to be very professional in order to be accepted.  No Youtube, Facebook, Myspace or other types of sites allowed.  Photos are not required but your resume will not automatically be declined if you submit a professional photo within your resume or website.  Do not send a separate file which includes your photo.

2)Note somewhere on your resume "Willing to Relocate" if you are willing to do so and if you wish to relocate to a specific city/state then be sure to note this also on your resume.  If you do not note this information on your resume, we will assume that you are NOT willing to relocate.  Additionally, our service is available only in the United States. 

3)In your email, advise BRIEFLY the type of position you want and note the type of industry if applicable.

4)Be sure to list your email address on your resume and please be sure that it is accurate on your resume.  Be sure to check your junk mail folder from time to time as your provider may not recognize our email address so may place emails into your junk folder.

5)Do not list anything about references on your resume.  Everyone knows that you can provide references upon request.  Your personal hobbies should not be noted on your resume either.  

6)If you received your degree online, do not note the word "online" on your resume.  Just note the degree and school as any other degree.

7)Do not include a cover letter either as a separate file or as the first page of the same file that includes your resume.  We only need your brief email providing your preference of position and your resume. 

8)Be honest on your resume.  If we learn that you are not, your resume will not be listed on our site in the future.  Most employers will terminate you immediately for dishonesty on your resume.  Be ethical.  Remember that many companies verify education, past employment and criminal history.

If you do not do follow all of the above we may not list your resume on our site.
