Our service is great because we are helping companies locate quality candidates to fill their available jobs in much less time.  Resumes are submitted to us.  We review them.  Those that we feel are exceptional are made available to all of our employer members.  We have some of the best candidates in the country on our site for those incredible jobs your company needs to fill.  

From exceptional educations to achievements of excellence based upon their career path and accomplishments, we have some great candidates for you to consider.  Effective March 5, 2010, we are now seeking resumes which reflect a minimum of at least two degrees.  However, you may see resumes posted on our site which do not meet this standard if they were received prior to this date.

The way we present these resumes is more simplified.  There are less resumes posted on our site because we are not an open posting site available to everyone.  We only post those resumes which we perceive to be exceptional candidates.

In addition to having resumes already listed on our site, once your company becomes a member, we review the available positions posted on your website and use all of our resources to search for even more candidates which might be a good fit.

Please note:  When viewing candidates on our website, NWTR represents Not Willing to Relocate and WTR represents Willing to Relocate.  This is noted beside the name of each candidate.  Additionally, all background and criminal checks are the responsibility of the employer.
